Senior iOS Developer

Your role in the team

We are looking for a Senior iOS Developer to build a companion app from the ground up. This product is an AI-powered, privacy-first workspace that integrates with enterprise tools through a unified intelligent layer.

The iOS app will bring this experience to iPhone and iPad, offering users an always-on assistant that prioritizes data security and sovereignty.

In this role, you will take full ownership of the iOS stack - including architecture, UI/UX, networking, on-device ML inference, and App Store delivery.

What you'll build:

• Native SwiftUI interface for Fluso's conversational AI, task management, and knowledge-graph views.
• On-device inference pipeline for privacy-sensitive operations (local embeddings, summarization, PII redaction).
• Deep integrations with system frameworks - WidgetKit, Siri Shortcuts, Spotlight indexing, push notifications, App Intents.
• Real-time sync engine with the Fluso backend (WebSocket + incremental REST), handling offline-first conflict resolution.
• Secure credential storage and end-to-end encrypted channel for connected accounts (Gmail, Calendar, Slack, Drive).
• Multi-window iPad experience with stage manager support and keyboard-first workflows.

Our expectations:

Qualifications

• Shipped at least one app with on-device ML (Core ML, ONNX runtime, or equivalent).
• Deep familiarity with iOS security APIs (Keychain, Data Protection, Secure Enclave, App Attest).
• Comfortable with CI/CD for mobile (Fastlane / Xcode Cloud), TestFlight distribution, and App Store review processes.
• Published open-source Swift packages or technical writing on iOS architecture.

Experience

• 5+ years building production iOS apps in Swift; strong SwiftUI and UIKit fluency.
• Experience building offline-first apps with robust sync and conflict resolution.
• Strong product design sense - experience in app design, with a keen eye for craft, motion, and the details that make an app feel native.
• Nice to have: Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, or AI-agent architectures.
• Experience in WatchOS or visionOS prototyping.
