How You'll Make an Impact at MarqVision

As an IP Specialist in the MARQ Folio team, you will play a key role as a partner in the trademark registration journey for global brands. Based on expertise in trademark applications and analytical, customer-centric thinking, you will support clients in navigating the registration process clearly and stably from beginning to end. As a trusted expert, you will respond quickly to client inquiries, provide practical solutions even in complex situations, and offer optimal solutions tailored to the needs of each brand. This position will be a meaningful opportunity to directly contribute to the company's growth by converting inbound customer interest into actual registrations and long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Achieve

• Lead the entire process, including applications, Office Action responses, oppositions, and trials, in close cooperation with partner law firms in each country.
• Propose strategic trademark application directions and Office Action response plans to clients, and take responsibility for execution and results reporting.
• Analyze legal risks for complex cases and provide legal insights internally and to clients.
• Proactively operate the in-house overseas trademark application platform, contributing to service enhancement and operational efficiency improvements.

Skills You'll Need to Bring

• Possess over 5 years of practical experience in overseas trademark matters from law firms, patent firms, or patent offices.
• Have practical experience in all procedures, including trademark applications, refusal notices (OA), oppositions, and invalidation/cancellation trials.
• Have experience in professionally communicating with clients and overseas agents to establish and execute strategies.
• Possess practical planning capabilities for IP SaaS-based process improvement, document automation, and report enhancement.

Nice to Have

• Experience in establishing multi-country application strategies and multi-region projects.
• Understanding of other intellectual property rights such as design rights and copyrights.
• Experience responding to global brands or retail clients.
