Responsibilities

• With a holistic view, you analyze business and system requirements - from the initial stakeholder analysis to clean functional specifications.
• In diverse projects, such as digitalization, process, or data & analytics initiatives in the public sector, you effectively contribute your expertise.
• You model, question, and optimize business processes, while developing well-founded use cases and functional concepts.
• You confidently plan and moderate workshops to systematically gather requirements and jointly develop viable solutions.
• As a connecting interface between specialist departments, IT, and management, you translate complex requirements into actionable technical concepts, working closely together in agile or hybrid setups.

Requirements

• Completed degree, e.g., in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
• Several years of practical experience as a Business Analyst and confident application of requirements analysis and business process modeling
• Very good knowledge of methods and modeling languages such as BPMN 2.0, UML, as well as data and context modeling
• Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
• Personally, we particularly appreciate your analytical thinking skills, your strong communication and moderation skills, and your genuine interest in digitalization and IT trends.
