Your Responsibilities

As a Senior IT Engineer, you will support and administer our IT infrastructure across multiple locations and actively participate in 2nd & 3rd level support. You will systematically analyze disruptions, develop creative solutions, and ensure stable IT operations.

Your responsibilities include in particular the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows servers, end devices, and network and firewall components. You will also support client management (Windows & Android), manage backup solutions, and contribute to IT security measures.

In addition to setting up, updating, and ongoing system maintenance, you will perform error analysis and sustainable problem-solving, document support processes, and coordinate collaboration with external service providers as needed.

Your Profile

• Education: Completed training as a specialist in IT system integration (m/f/d), a degree in computer science or business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in 2nd/3rd level support with strong analytical thinking skills.
• Knowledge in the installation, administration, and maintenance of Windows servers.
• Sound infrastructure & network expertise.
• Experience in client management (Windows & Android).
• In-depth knowledge in IT security.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools as well as support processes and workflows.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, etc.
• Nice to have: Project experience in the introduction or update of ERP systems (here Microsoft Navision to Business Central).
• Very good German and English language skills.
