Senior Engineer

About

Modern Workplace, M365, cloud migration and sovereign cloud onboarding for our SME customers. As Senior Engineer you're the technical lead for our server and workplace packages. You work with M365, Entra, Defender, Hornetsecurity, Proxmox and hosting in German data centres — and occasional in-house AI integrations. You talk directly to customers' founders and IT leads.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate Modern Workplace environments (M365, Entra, Defender, Intune)
• VMware-exit projects: migration to Proxmox/Hyper-V
• Endpoint and email security with Defender/Hornetsecurity
• Customer requirements analysis and technical design
• Mentoring junior engineers and the service-desk team

What you bring:

• 3+ years in IT operations or systems-house work
• Endpoint security and identity-management experience
• Understanding of compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS-2)
• Self-organised and customer-oriented

• Proxmox, Veeam, Hornetsecurity certifications
