Your Impact

As a (Senior) IT Manager Software Engineering (m/f/d), you will advise and support our clients throughout the entire lifecycle to ensure the secure implementation of software development methods and tools.

• Hands-on start: In a startup-like environment, you will have a high degree of freedom to leave your personal mark on projects.
• Consulting: You will manage the implementation and operation of (SecDevOps) environments for secure software development, as well as software development delivery models (Agile Organization).
• Quality Assurance: You will technically lead software quality and software code analysis in projects.
• Agility: You will use methods such as Scrum and DevOps in project implementation.
• Teamwork: You will work hand in hand with Risk Advisory specialists when it comes to the implementation and delivery of services and products.

Your Skillset

• Degree in Computer Science, Financial and Business Mathematics, Statistics, (Business) Engineering, Computer Science, or Natural Sciences
• Solid experience in the areas of: Software Development/Programming; Testing/QM; Continuous Integration and Development; IT Architecture; SecDevOps or DevOps
• Comprehensive knowledge of CI/CD; agile development and enterprise models plus tools (Jira, Confluence, Jenkins); Software Code Quality Analysis (static, dynamic)
• Enjoyment of complex tasks, conceptual thinking, and a work style characterized by team spirit and motivation
• Willingness to travel and fluent communication and presentation skills in German and English, both written and spoken
