Senior IT Project Manager – Data Integration

<\/p> Our global end client in the Geneva/Lausanne are is now looking for an experienced CRM Data Integration Project Manager. <\/b> <\/div>In this role you will work with cross -functional teams, manage end -to -end integrations between CRM platforms, ERP systems, manufacturing data sources, and MDM frameworks, and ensure secure, compliant, and seamless data flows across the enterprise. <\/div>

YOU WILL<\/b> <\/p>

Lead CRM/Data integration projects involving Salesforce rollouts, ERP connectivity, ETL/ESB pipelines, MDM operations, and secure API exchanges. <\/p><\/li>

Coordinate technical delivery with offshore teams, architects, developers, and product owners across multiple regions. <\/p><\/li>

Drive requirements analysis, user stories, integration design, testing strategy, and production deployment. <\/p><\/li>

Oversee daily delivery activities: backlog management, defect supervision, testing coordination, planning, risk tracking, and status reporting. <\/p><\/li>

Ensure stable, secure integrations by managing encryption workflows, SSL certificates, API security, monitoring tools, and release cycles. <\/p><\/li>

Facilitate technical and functional workshops with stakeholders across manufacturing, commercial operations, supply chain, and global IT. <\/p><\/li>

Work closely with Azure DevOps teams to oversee pipelines, deployments, logs, and platform operations. <\/p><\/li>

Ensure compliance within regulated standards: data integrity, auditability, traceability, documentation quality, and incident management. <\/p><\/li>

Contribute to improving global integration processes, documentation templates, and reusable components. <\/p><\/li><\/ul> YOU NEED<\/b> <\/h2>

Solid experience delivering data integration and CRM projects<\/b> in global or complex environments. <\/p><\/li>

Strong hands -on understanding of: <\/p>

ETL/ESB (such as Talend, Informatica, Tibco, IBM, etc.) <\/p><\/li>

Salesforce CRM integrations <\/p><\/li>

Master Data Management (Customer, Product, or Site MDM) <\/p><\/li>

API management (REST/SOAP, Azure API Management) <\/p><\/li>

Azure DevOps (pipelines, deployments, monitoring) <\/p><\/li>

SQL and data modeling <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

Experience coordinating offshore/nearshore delivery teams and managing multi -country deployments. <\/p><\/li>

Knowledge of encryption, SSL certificates, key rotation, and secure data pipelines. <\/p><\/li>

Strong delivery discipline: planning, testing, defect coordination, documentation, incident resolution. <\/p><\/li>

Excellent communication with stakeholders in IT, manufacturing, supply chain, commercial teams, and compliance/validation. <\/p><\/li>

Certifications such as PRINCE2 / PMP, ITIL, PMP, <\/b>are a plus. <\/p><\/li>

Fluent English; French is an advantage. <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
