The IV organization of the Ministry of Finance is responsible for and provides ICT facilities. The majority of the applications are currently developed, maintained, and managed in-house in our own data center. In addition to ensuring continuity in the large-scale taxation and collection processes within a solid, stable environment, we are also actively working on modernizing the IV landscape. This is done partly internally by utilizing existing expertise, but also by acquiring (ready-made) solutions and expertise from the market.

Job Description

Challenging projects await us in the field of SAP in the coming years, such as the rollout of SAP Fiori, integration of a new access pass system, and replacement of SAP CRM and SAP SRM. As an experienced IT Project Manager SAP, you will ensure that SAP projects are well-prepared, tendered where necessary, guided, executed, and completed. You will do this in an agile/scrum working environment together with the SAP teams, business stakeholders, suppliers, and other departments within the IV Directorate.

Background of the assignment

The IBS Bedrijfsvoering (IBS BV) department within the Information Provision (IV) Directorate is responsible for the management and development of all software systems used to support the administrative business operations of the Tax Administration. Our clients include Organization & Personnel, Facility Services, and Finance. The systems we maintain and implement are often SAP systems or purchased software packages. As IBS BV, we work as agile as possible and have a total of over 100 colleagues, including over 60 SAP engineers, architects, designers, and testers.

Requirements

Hard requirements:

• PRINCE2, MSP Foundation, MSP Practitioner
• Experience with preparation and coordination of testing activities for complex IT projects.
• Experience as a driver in IT tenders. Experience with managing suppliers for the execution of complex IT projects.
• Extensive IT project management experience with complex SAP projects, preferably with S/4HANA, from initiation to testing, implementation, go-live and in-management. Experience with IT project management in an agile working environment. - 10 years
• Extensive experience with SAP, S/4HANA and SAP components such as Finance, SRM, HRM, Fiori and BTP. - 10 years
• Extensive experience with tenders and managing IT suppliers for the execution of complex IT projects., WO work and thinking level - 5 years

Wishes:

• Working from home / off-site work: in practice ~3 days per week off-site, ~2 days per week on-site.
• Working from abroad: not allowed.
• Language: Dutch
