Your Responsibilities

• You will be the interface between the team, customer, partners, and service providers in building innovative digital solutions (focus on Digital Business & Commerce).
• Manage projects in various project teams agilely.
• Conceive, realize, and manage IT projects for and with our clients.
• Take on project organization, project controlling, and budget planning.
• Develop suitable strategies for their companies together with our clients.
• Lead and moderate workshops with specialist departments and record the business requirements.
• Coordinate milestones and goals, present reports, coordinate quality assurance measures, and manage the execution of Proofs of Concepts.
• Plan and conduct regular meetings (project status, jour fixe, etc.).
• Further develop internal standards and workflows in project management.
• You are the "single point of contact" for our clients, identify potential follow-up projects, and support offer creation (Pre Sales).
• Prepare and conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations.

What You Bring

• At least 3-5 years of professional experience as an IT Project Manager or IT Consultant.
• Successfully completed studies in (Business) Informatics or a comparable field are desirable, but not absolutely necessary – alternatively, a comparable apprenticeship.
• Experience in agile project methods; certifications are an advantage.
• Knowledge of relevant tools, e.g., Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
• Nice to Have: Programming experience, but not a must-have.
• Enthusiasm for technology and interest in technology consulting.
• The ability to explain technically complex issues understandably to non-technical people.
• Very good German and English skills.
• Enjoy project work and innovative topics.
• Strong hands-on mentality, exceptional communication skills, and a strong personality.
