Your Responsibilities

• Independent management of the entire recruiting process, from needs analysis and candidate sourcing to interviews and contract negotiations on a global level.
• Close collaboration with hiring managers to provide consulting, precisely understand needs, and attract suitable candidates.
• Development and implementation of efficient recruiting strategies (active sourcing, employer branding, candidate experience).
• Monitoring key performance indicators (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-acceptance rate, etc.) and continuous process optimization.
• Prospectively: Taking on team lead responsibility and contributing to the shaping of the recruiting strategy.
• Diverse scope for action and a appreciative work atmosphere in a modern, digital, and international work environment.

Your Profile

• Recruiting expertise and approximately 5 years of professional experience, ideally in an (international) consulting firm or IT company.
• Strong cultural sensitivity and skills in stakeholder management and relationship building.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken).
• Enjoyment of working with digital (recruiting) tools and social media.
• Strong analytical skills, structured way of working, and organizational talent.
• Completed degree or comparable qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
