Your Tasks

Do you want to actively shape a new IT division, not just manage existing processes? Then this role offers you the chance to expand the IT division at Trenkwalder in Austria together with an experienced client advisor (m/f/d). We are looking for YOU for our locations in Vienna, Graz, or Linz.

• Independent end-to-end recruiting in the IT sector – from briefing to successful contract conclusion
• Building sustainable talent pipelines through active sourcing, direct approach, and network building
• Close collaboration in a tandem with the responsible Senior IT Client Advisor (m/f/d)
• Developing a deep understanding of IT target groups, technologies, salary structures, and market trends
• Ensuring a professional candidate experience through transparent communication and fast processes
• Co-shaping and continuously optimizing recruiting standards, search strategies, and internal processes
• Active participation in the strategic expansion of the new business area

Your Qualifications

• At least 4-5 years of experience in IT recruiting within personnel services or executive search
• A feel for candidate markets and modern recruiting and sourcing methods
• Enjoyment in building new structures and taking responsibility
• Professional demeanor, reliability, and an independent way of working
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships
• Very good German and English skills

We offer a gross monthly salary starting from €2,881.97 (38.5 hrs/week) as well as willingness to overpay, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
