Job Profile - Responsibilities as a Recruiter with Us

• Creating incoming personnel requests and posting the associated job advertisements
• Pre-selecting candidates (m/f/d) through telephone, in-person, or Teams interviews
• Preparing application documents, creating profiles, and forwarding profiles to clients
• Supporting candidates (m/f/d) as well as assigned employees (m/f/d)
• Exchanging information with clients regarding job placements
• Maintaining and updating the applicant and employee database
• Assisting with operational daily business, e.g., obtaining time sheets, creating contracts, etc.

What You Should Bring as a Recruiter with Us

• Sound experience in human resources or a suitable vocational training/further education (e.g., HR services clerk, personnel dispatcher; HR manager, etc.)
• Several years of practical experience in personnel services as well as sound knowledge in recruiting and personnel support
• Ideally, initial leadership experience
• Confident use of Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and professional demeanor
• Passion for recruiting, especially for IT profiles
• Above-average motivation and strong drive for success – we are looking for people who persevere and want results
• High commitment and initiative
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
