We’re hiring a Senior IT Services Engineer for a full-time opportunity based in Boston, MA. This role sits within a fast-paced, enterprise-level environment supporting a dynamic organization across multiple business functions. You’ll work with a modern technology stack including Microsoft 365, Intune, Jamf, Windows 11, and Apple/iOS systems, playing a key role in delivering high-quality IT support and infrastructure reliability.

This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible, impact-driven role where you’ll serve as a senior escalation point for desktop support and help shape the end-user experience across the organization. The team is looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys solving complex technical issues, and wants to grow into a more strategic IT presence. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of technologies, collaborate across teams, and have the chance to influence processes while continuing to develop your technical and leadership skills.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Microsoft Intune
  • Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Windows 10/11 support
  • Apple OS/iOS support and configuration
  • Jamf
  • Jira or similar ticketing systems
  • Experience with Adobe, Foxit, Zoom, Slack
  • Strong understanding of helpdesk operations and escalation workflows
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of desktop support or IT helpdesk experience
  • Experience in mid-to-large enterprise environments
  • Technical certifications (Microsoft, Apple, CompTIA)
  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

Tech Breakdown

  • 40% Microsoft 365 / Intune / Jamf
  • 30% Windows & Mac OS Support
  • 20% Application & Device Support (Zoom, Slack, Adobe, etc.)
  • 10% Ticketing & Documentation (Jira)

Daily Responsibilities

  • 70% Hands On
  • 10% Management Duties
  • 20% Team Collaboration
