Responsibilities

• Independent support and further development of IT environments and competent contact person for business customers in technical matters
• Implementation, operation and continuous optimization of modern IT infrastructures based on Microsoft technologies (Windows Server/Client, Microsoft 365), virtual desktop solutions (Citrix) and firewall systems
• Planning and execution of maintenance work and performance optimizations of existing systems
• Analysis and solution of complex IT problems within the scope of 3rd level support in close cooperation with the Service Desk
• Active participation in the conception and implementation of technically demanding customer projects

Profile

• Completed basic vocational training as an IT specialist (EFZ) with a focus on system technology; further qualification at HF or FH level in IT system technology is an advantage
• Several years of practical experience in system engineering, ideally in the environment of SMEs or larger corporate structures
• In-depth technical understanding of Microsoft infrastructures and experience with virtualization technologies
• Independent, structured way of working with strong analytical thinking skills and personal responsibility
• Professional and service-oriented appearance towards customers, combined with strong communication skills and team spirit
• Very good German language skills, written and spoken (min. level C2) and good English language skills (min. level B2)
• Driving license category B
