Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the design, conception, execution, and documentation of demanding and complex projects in the area of Network & Security.
• You will carry out workshops for requirements analysis and/or the creation of the high-level design.
• You will also take care of error analysis and troubleshooting in existing customer infrastructures.
• You will provide valuable support as 3rd Level Support and support the development of the Operations and Managed Service area.
• You will share your knowledge and experience within the Business Line, the Practice, and Operations.
• Last but not least, you will support in the areas of Presales and Bid Management.

Profile

• Completed vocational training or a degree in the IT field
• Sound, certified know-how and practical experience in at least two of the following areas: LAN (Routing & Switching), WLAN (Aruba, Cisco), Firewall (Fortinet, Sophos, Watchguard), EDR/XDR (Trendmicro, Crowdstrike), Vulnerability Management (Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7), NAC (Cisco, Aruba, Macmon), E-mail & Web Security, Identity Protection and MFA
• Technical understanding of complex IT landscapes and infrastructures
• Personally, we particularly like your clear thinking, your flexibility, and your good self-organization.
• Your strong customer and service orientation as well as problem-solving skills complete your profile.
