Senior JAMF Engineer (Tier 3/4)

About the Role

Eleven09, in support of KSTP, is seeking a Senior JAMF Engineer (Tier 3/4) to join our team on the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) contract. CISA safeguards the nation’s cyber and physical infrastructure, and this role directly advances that mission through enterprise-class endpoint management. This is an onsite role at the CISA HQ in Arlington VA.

We’re looking for an expert in JAMF Pro and macOS enterprise engineering who thrives in complex environments, mentors others, and understands how endpoint performance drives national resilience.

Responsibilities

• Lead JAMF Pro configuration, deployment, and ongoing optimization to support CISA mission needs.
• Translate security, compliance, and operational requirements into JAMF policies and configuration profiles.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging macOS/JAMF solutions into enterprise environments.
• Partner with engineering teams to design and implement enterprise macOS strategies aligned with DHS/CISA standards.
• Provide Tier 3/4 support while mentoring junior analysts and administrators.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in macOS enterprise engineering and management.
• Expert-level JAMF Pro administration (enrollment, patch management, policies).
• Knowledge of PKI, IAM, and MDM integration in federal environments.
• Experience with business cases, ROI analysis, and technology refreshes.
• Strong documentation, architecture, and design skills.
• Must be eligible for DHS security clearance (active clearance preferred) Public Sector Clearance is a minimum.
