Responsibilities
- Support long-term CMS rationalization by driving transformation initiatives, improving system stability, and enabling a multi-year transition to a modular, scalable, future-ready Curam-based CMS.
- Identify and address challenges related to program delivery, CMS upgrades and enterprise-wide CMS modernization.
- Conduct research and analysis by reviewing CMS documentation, application artifacts, and program materials to develop recommendations for system transformation and upgrades.
- Validate assumptions and proposed solutions through documentation review and consultation with internal subject-matter experts to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and expected outcomes.
Qualifications
- 9+ years’ Java Curam software development and architectural experience.
- 9+ years’ experience in upgrading and modernizing the Curam software versions 7 and 8, including developing and testing.
- 9+ years of experience planning, developing, integrating data, applying logical reasoning, providing technical guidance to SMEs, and implementing large-scale, complex enterprise applications using Java Curam software supporting 2,000+ screens, 500+ data tables, approximately 2 million lines of code, 10 integration points, and 500+ daily active users.
- Hold or willing to obtain a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) training or certification (SAFe Practitioner).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline.
