Developer: (6 to 8 yrs) - 2 positions Lead: (10+ yrs and 3+ yrs as a Lead) - 1 position

Lead Role Description:

• Lead Engineer with strong hands‑on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, CI/CD pipelines, Cloud platforms, and distributed systems.
• The Lead will drive architecture decisions, mentor developers, and ensure delivery excellence across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and development of scalable microservices using Java Spring Boot.
• Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
• Oversee deployments on Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Required:

• 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong full‑stack Java development.
• Spring Boot, Microservices, Distributed Systems.
• Database design (SQL/NoSQL).
• Cloud/container development (AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker/Kubernetes).
• CI/CD pipeline management (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

Senior Developer Role Description:

• [2 Positions] Senior Developer with deep hands‑on skills in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, CI/CD, Cloud, and database design.
• The role involves building resilient services, collaborating in Agile teams, and ensuring high‑quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain microservices using Java Spring Boot.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments.
• Work on Cloud‑native applications (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Mandatory Skills:

• 6–8 years of software development experience.
• Strong full‑stack Java development.
