Senior Java Developer:in (m/w/d)

What we're looking for

• Solid knowledge of Java, ideally with experience in Spring Frameworks.
• Enthusiasm for analyzing, modernizing, and further developing existing applications.
• Very good knowledge of software design patterns, active participation in review processes, and consideration of security best practices.
• Solid experience in building scalable distributed applications, microservice architectures, and cloud platforms.
• Previous experience with AI-supported tools in software development.
• Good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Motivation and interest in sharing your knowledge.

• Taking on a mentoring role in international agile Scrum teams to share knowledge and experience.

• Utilizing communication skills, team spirit, high commitment, and solution-oriented thinking to actively drive ideas forward.
• Participation in code reviews to share knowledge and collectively increase quality.
