Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Java Full Stack Engineer / Technical Lead with deep expertise in cloud, microservices, and modern UI frameworks to join a high-impact team working on enterprise-scale applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & develop applications using Twelve-Factor App methodology
• Build scalable Microservices (Spring Boot, REST APIs)
• Develop modern UI using Angular / React / TypeScript / JavaScript (ES13+)
• Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka
• Work with AWS / OpenShift / Docker / Cloud-native deployments
• Build CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Maven, SonarQube
• Develop SOAP & RESTful Web Services (JAX-WS, Axis, CXF, JSON, XML)
• Implement BDD/TDD frameworks (Cucumber, JUnit, Mockito)
• Optimize performance for high-throughput, low-latency systems
• Ensure security, scalability, and compliance (Section 508)
• Lead design discussions and mentor junior developers

Must-Have Skills

• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, JEE
• Frontend: Angular, React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Cloud: AWS / OpenShift / Docker / Kubernetes
• Messaging: Kafka (event-driven architecture)
• Databases: PostgreSQL, DB2, JPA/Hibernate
• DevOps: Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Nexus, SonarQube
• Testing: JUnit, Mockito, Cucumber (BDD/TDD)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

Bonus Skills

• AI/ML exposure for system enhancements
• Experience with ServiceNow, Pega, Power Platform
• Government/Federal project experience
• Strong system design & architecture documentation
