What we expect from you

• Personal Background: Completed IT degree or comparable education and extensive experience in software development.
• Technical Versatility: Very good knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, CI/CD, Git, Docker, and container technologies, ideally also Angular. Extensive experience in software architecture, clean code, and development of scalable systems.
• AI Know-how: Experience in end-to-end implementation of AI-supported features and in using LLMs across all development phases.
• Communication is Key: Excellent communication skills and confident demeanor in customer interaction.
• Passion: Passion for high-quality software, teamwork, and modern development methods.
• On the road: Willingness to travel and flexibility to advise clients on-site nationwide.
