Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, high-performance backend systems
• Develop robust APIs and internal tooling
• Own services end-to-end, from design through to production
• Drive improvements in performance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate on architecture and adoption of modern engineering practices

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience in Java development
• Strong experience with Spring / Spring Boot and RESTful services
• Solid database experience (Oracle or similar)
• Experience with Hibernate / JPA
• Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, JMS, MQ)
• Comfortable working in Linux environments

Bonus

• Exposure to high-throughput, distributed systems
• Experience with legacy Java stacks or application servers
