Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Java Software Engineer to join our team in a full-time hybrid role based in Abuja, with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain robust software applications using Java and the Spring Framework. Responsibilities include building and optimizing microservices, collaborating with cross-functional teams, writing clean and scalable code, and troubleshooting and debugging software systems to ensure high performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java and Programming skills.
• Experience in Software Development, including building and maintaining scalable applications.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework and understanding of its modules and capabilities.
• Familiarity with designing and implementing Microservices architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is an added advantage.
