Role and Responsibilities

• Hands on keyboard development
• Working with agile crew to understand story to meet acceptance criteria and delivery
• Coaching of Jr team members, as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years Java development
• Ability to coach up Jr developers
• Interpersonal skills
• Giving and receiving constructive feedback
• Team collaboration

Education

• Bachelors preferred, or equivalent work experience

• Acceptable time zone(s): EST only
• Days of the week: Monday - Friday
• Working Hours: EST - 8 am start
• Intended length of Assignment: 3 Months to Hire
