In this role you will design and develop Java-based microservices to process usage data at scale, shaping billing and product utilization insights. You will work with a cross-functional team to drive architectural decisions and deliver features that impact costs and usage understanding. The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, collaboration, and ongoing improvement of development workflows with AI-assisted tooling. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java microservices handling large-scale usage data and domain logic
• Drive architectural decisions for services within the domain
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other domain engineers to advance feature development
• Evolve development workflows, leveraging AI tools to boost productivity and code quality
• Mentor and support colleagues to foster a collaborative environment
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure performance
• Own services and features, leveraging Dynatrace monitoring to optimize applications

Requirements

• Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Java development or equivalent language
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
