Position Summary

The Senior Account Manager plays a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences by managing projects from design through production and delivery. This role requires strong wide format & print industry knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, and online portals
• Prepare accurate job quotes based on specifications from Sales or client requests
• Act as liaison between customers and the production teams
• Manage project timelines, specifications, and quality expectations
• Resolve customer issues, including research and corrective action planning
• Conduct outbound sales and relationship-building for house accounts
• Maintain accurate job records, contracts, and documentation
• Represent customer needs while balancing production realities
• Ensure all work meets Full Sail Media’s quality and service standards
• Build long-term customer loyalty through responsiveness and accountability
• Support additional duties as assigned
