What You Will Do

• You are holistically responsible for a complex customer portfolio and act as a single point of contact at a strategic level.
• You are a sparring partner for the client's top management, asset and portfolio management.
• You conduct regular steering and coordination meetings with decision-makers on the owner side.
• You identify development and optimization potential early on and initiate concrete measures.
• You orchestrate internal specialist departments (management, marketing, construction, controlling, etc.) and ensure excellent service delivery.
• You are responsible for budget, forecast, and reporting processes for institutional owners.
• You ensure compliance with all contractual agreements and actively develop mandates.
• You identify cross- and upselling potentials and actively support contract negotiations and mandate developments.

Why You Will Succeed

This role is aimed at experienced individuals who bring one of the following profiles:

• Several years of proven experience in key account management in the real estate environment.
• Several years of experience on the owner/asset or portfolio management side (institutional investors, funds, investment foundations, etc.).

What You Bring In Addition

• In-depth real estate-specific further training (e.g. MAS Real Estate Management, FA Real Estate Management/Marketing or comparable).
• Sound knowledge of the real estate management value chain.
• Strategic thinking combined with operational implementation strength.
• Confident demeanor, also at higher management levels.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Very good German skills; French and/or English are an advantage.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of results orientation.
