Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Zurich for a Senior Key Account Manager E-Commerce. The role involves managing key accounts by developing and implementing business strategies, creating business plans, and driving sales performance. Daily tasks include maintaining strong relationships with key clients, analyzing sales data, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. The position emphasizes both customer service excellence and sound account management expertise.

Main Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of revenue, budget, and profitability for strategic e commerce key accounts
  • Lead the development and execution of the e commerce sales strategy, ensuring sustainable revenue and margin growth
  • Conduct in depth analysis of sales, profitability, pricing, assortment, and customer performance, translating insights into strategic commercial decisions
  • Own promotion and activation strategy, ensuring alignment with long term business objectives and ROI optimization
  • Drive strategic business development, including expansion of assortments, traffic generation, and new commercial models
  • Lead cross functional alignment with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Product Management, and Digital teams
  • Own end to end project management for key initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality
  • Develop advanced KPI frameworks and reporting to steer performance and support executive decision making
  • Lead annual business reviews, define growth roadmaps, and own high level negotiations and commercial agreements with key accounts

Your Profile

  • 5 plus years of experience in e commerce sales, with strong exposure to marketplaces or leading pure players
  • Proven track record managing large or strategic accounts with significant revenue responsibility
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with ability to translate complex data into business impact
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, experience with BI tools strongly preferred
  • Fluent English, German is a plus
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with a structured and autonomous working style
  • Ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and drive cross functional collaboration
