We cover the ICT needs of Swiss hospitals, care homes and practices, allowing them to fully concentrate on their work.

To strengthen our team in the Customer Management area, we are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager immediately or by arrangement

Your Responsibilities

  • As Senior Account Manager, you take on the strategic and commercial overall responsibility for our most important accounts and act as the central contact up to management level.
  • Account Ownership: You fully "own" your customer relationships – strategically, commercially and qualitatively. You operate on equal footing with customer management and develop a long-term strategic roadmap together with the customer.
  • Team Leadership without Line Responsibility: You coordinate Customer Solution Managers (CSM), project managers and Technical Account Managers (TAM) in your account team, ensure optimal collaboration and act as the integrating force between customer, delivery and internal specialist departments.
  • Commercial Responsibility: You bear contractual responsibility for your accounts, manage service billing, support budget planning and are responsible for offers and tenders in cooperation with the CSM.
  • Growth and Development: You actively identify potential for additional and expansion business (share of wallet) – through higher-value services such as AMS, consulting, SaaS and new services via a consulting-sales approach.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Service Levels: You ensure compliance with agreed SLAs, regularly measure customer satisfaction and initiate appropriate measures.
  • Strategic Visibility: You prepare quarterly and annual reviews, conduct them and professionally present results at decision-making level.
  • Market and Industry Monitoring: You follow trends in the Swiss healthcare system and the eHealth environment and derive concrete customer needs and business opportunities from them.

Your Profile

  • Qualification at HF, FH or university level in ICT, business informatics, business administration or a comparable field.
  • Several years of experience in account management or a comparable, strategically oriented customer role – ideally in the B2B environment with complex services.
  • Sound understanding of IT infrastructures, managed services and architecture topics; you can discuss with specialists on equal terms and translate customer requirements into solution approaches.
  • Proven experience in leading negotiations and collaboration at C-level; you know how to build trust and be perceived as a genuine sparring partner.
  • Experience in contract and budget management; you take responsibility for commercial matters and actively contribute to shaping agreements.
  • Strong leadership skills in the sense of a "leader without authority" – you gain trust through competence and clear communication, not through hierarchy.
  • Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system or the eHealth environment is a clear advantage.
  • Very good German skills in spoken and written form (C1); understands Swiss German; French skills (B2) and English skills are an advantage.
