Senior Key Account Manager (m/w/d)

Your Mission

• You will take over the support of long-standing, international service customers
• You are the direct contact person for internal and external customers for all service orders and service projects
• Developing system solutions together with the customer is one of your main tasks, including calculation, quotation, and final contract negotiations
• Coordinating appointments and topics between the customer and the KNAPP team is also part of your responsibilities
• You will handle complaints in cooperation with 2nd and 3rd level support

You Are KNAPP

• You have completed technical or commercial training
• You have several years of professional experience (> 5 years) in intralogistics, preferably in sales
• Your German and English skills are fluent in spoken and written
• You have a high affinity for IT, ITIL knowledge would be desirable
• You enjoy working with customers and are willing to travel 20%
• Strong communication skills, resilience, organizational skills, flexibility, and teamwork complete your personality

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 3,300 gross per month (38.5 hours/week / collective agreement for the metal industry).
