In cross-functional squads, you’ll collaborate with engineers, designers, researchers, and data experts to build robust backend services for a seamless digital onboarding experience.

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain Kotlin & Spring Boot–based microservices
• Develop and expose REST APIs for internal and external consumers
• Ensure systems meet performance, reliability, and security standards
• Contribute to code quality through reviews, testing, and best engineering practices
• Stay current with modern technologies and introduce improvements
• Ensure compliance with internal architecture, code, and security guidelines

What You Bring

• Strong experience with Kotlin (at least 3 years) and Spring Boot
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Oracle
• Solid understanding of microservices and REST API design
• Experience working in agile environments
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
