You will join a highly innovative tech hub that drives the development of intuitive, customer-centric digital experiences. In cross-functional squads, you’ll collaborate with engineers, designers, researchers, and data experts to build robust backend services for a seamless digital onboarding experience.
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain Kotlin & Spring Boot–based microservices
- Develop and expose REST APIs for internal and external consumers
- Ensure systems meet performance, reliability, and security standards
- Contribute to code quality through reviews, testing, and best engineering practices
- Stay current with modern technologies and introduce improvements
- Ensure compliance with internal architecture, code, and security guidelines
What You Bring
- Strong experience with Kotlin (at least 3 years) and Spring Boot
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Oracle
- Solid understanding of microservices and REST API design
- Experience working in agile environments
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
