GeoTrek Land Survey Ltd., a well-established geomatics firm with 30+ years in Alberta, is seeking a Senior Land Survey Project Manager to lead complex projects, strengthen key client relationships, and play a central role in growing our regional operations.

This is a fully remote, high-autonomy leadership role with real influence over project execution, client strategy, and operational growth.

What You’ll Own

• Lead and deliver survey projects across oil & gas, pipelines, OSE winter programs, and pad development (civil, construction, geotechnical)
• Full project accountability: scope, budget, schedule, and quality
• Direct coordination of field crews and office teams
• Client relationship management and business development support
• Mentorship, team leadership, and involvement in hiring
• Continuous improvement of processes, efficiency, and project delivery

What You Bring

• 8+ years geomatics/drafting experience (strong oil & gas background)
• 3+ years leading projects and supervising teams
• Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD Map, ArcGIS, LiDAR, Global Mapper
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships
• Strong commercial awareness (budgets, cost control, project performance)
• Self-directed leader who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment
