Senior Lead Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Business Analyst to join our team. This is a senior-level role designed for a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between complex business needs and technical solutions. As a Lead, you will not only manage high-priority projects but also mentor junior analysts and drive process optimization using industry-standard methodologies.

Key Responsibilities • Requirements Leadership: Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of complex business requirements for large-scale projects. • Process Modeling: Design and optimize "As-Is" and "To-Be" business processes using BPMN 2.0 standards to improve operational efficiency. • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership, department heads, and technical teams to ensure project alignment. • Strategy & Planning: Contribute to project roadmaps, performing gap analysis and feasibility studies to justify technical investments. • Mentorship: Provide guidance and peer reviews for Business Analyst II roles, ensuring quality and consistency across the team.

Required Qualifications • Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in Business Analysis, with a proven track record in a Senior or Lead capacity. • Certifications: * CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) is highly preferred. • PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) or an equivalent senior-level certification. • Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in BPMN 2.0 and experience with requirement management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps). • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Preferred Skills • Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. • Advanced data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI). • Exceptional negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.

Pay: ₦8,000,000.00 - ₦12,000,000.00 per year
