We are seeking a skilled Senior Lead Engineer / EUC / Desktop Lead Engineer to provide onsite IT support for our client’s office in New York, NY. This is a 100% onsite role.

This is a hands-on leadership position focused on delivering exceptional end‑user services, including executive (white‑glove) support and AV services. The ideal candidate will lead EUC operations, manage technical teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead End User Computing (EUC) services across the organization

  • Drive service improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and user satisfaction

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in EUC / IT Support roles

  • Strong expertise in end‑user technologies, workplace tools, and AV systems
  • Experience leading technical teams and managing IT operations
  • Hands‑on experience with service improvement and automation initiatives
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework (certification preferred)
