Senior Lead Product Manager

As a Senior Lead Product Manager at Wells Fargo, your role involves advising experienced leadership on developing business plans, business requirements, and directing product design and implementation for complex business and technical needs. You will oversee overall product management and strategic focus for technical, complex, and diverse products and services. Your responsibilities will include leading the strategy and resolution of unique challenges, delivering long-term solutions considering global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management. Additionally, you will provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative business solutions for diverse product lines.

Key Responsibilities: - Provide vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and give direction for teams - Engage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team - Serve as an advisor to leadership and lead support functions for multiple business groups - Research strategic initiatives, make recommendations, and assist in planning and execution of programs - Collaborate with team leaders, provide leadership in management of relationships with cross-functional business partners - Understand Agile framework, work in different shifts, and hold PSPO/CSPO Certifications

Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, or agile product owner experience - Experience in CRM tools like Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce - Expert understanding of data, data quality, and data management - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Experience with SQL query, power bi reports, and techno-functional skills - Virtual leadership experience with the ability to drive results in a geographically dispersed team environment - Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint - Experience in Agile product management, end-to-end product delivery, and problem-solving & analysis - Ability to work closely with end users, understand complex business situations, and develop a deep level of knowledge in business and technology products
