ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks Senior Lead Product Managers at our Roseland, NJ loc. to solve complex business problems by analyzing data, building effective solutions/visualizations & communicating conclusions from analyses to stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field + 5 years of related experience required.
• ADP will also accept a master's degree + 3 years of related experience.
• 2 years of experience must include:
  • Developing advanced visual analytics & dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, & Python visualization libraries such as Matplotlib & Plotly to communicate insights to business stakeholders.
  • Analyses skills involving complex data relationships.
  • SQL query.
  • R.
  • Using PowerShell, Power Automate, & SSIS to automate data ETL workflows across hybrid on-premise & cloud systems.
  • Python for data transformation, statistical analysis, & machine-learning-based predictive modeling.
  • Azure AD, SCCM, Lakeside.
  • BI solutions & component tiers: Data Integration/ETL, Data Warehouses/Marts, Business/Metadata layers, Dashboards/Reports.
  • UI/UX best practices & visualization techniques to develop intuitive, interactive Analytic Solutions.
  • SSIS & middleware tools.
  • Data mining.
  • Data science.
  • ML.
  • NLP techniques.
  • PostgreSQL coding.
  • AWS data services, including Amazon S3, Redshift, & AWS Glue.
  • Relational & non-relational database systems, including Microsoft SQL Server & MongoDB, for data modeling, optimization & integration across enterprise analytics environments.

Salary

Annual base salary range for this position is: $169,541-$255,600.
