Senior Lead Python Architect (Gen AI)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Lead Python Architect with strong expertise in Generative AI to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI-driven systems. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong architectural vision, and proven leadership experience in delivering enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of scalable Python-based systems with a focus on Gen AI solutions
• Design and develop applications leveraging LLMs, NLP, and deep learning models
• Define best practices for AI/ML pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring
• Architect end-to-end data pipelines and AI workflows across distributed systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, ML Engineers, and Product teams
• Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies in Generative AI and machine learning
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for engineering teams
• Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of applications
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Required Skills

• Strong programming expertise in Python (12+ years)
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, etc.), and prompt engineering
• Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain
• Deep understanding of NLP, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning algorithms
• Experience in building and deploying AI models in production environments
• Strong experience with REST APIs, Microservices architecture
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in top-tier product-based or MNC environments (India/USA)
• Exposure to AI governance, model explainability, and ethical AI practices
• Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Kafka, etc.)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
