The Role

As a Senior Lead Solutions Architect, you'll collaborate closely with various Business Units to drive innovative discussions that influence our business's growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will harness strong technical and communication skills, along with keen business acumen, to grasp business requirements thoroughly, design a solid technical architecture, and clearly present solutions that deliver tangible business value.

Main Responsibilities

• Business Meetings: Lead and participate in meetings with stakeholders in person and via collaboration tools. Prepare and deliver technical proposals and presentations tailored to the audience. Provide precise responses to solution and technology inquiries, demonstrating strong selling abilities and proactive communication.
• Solution Development: Analyze and pinpoint our Business Partner's business and technology objectives; conduct comprehensive technical discovery to architect solutions that fulfill identified requirements. Evaluate the implications of technology on business operations and propose effective solutions that address the business’s needs through insightful questioning.
• Customer Advocate: Serve as the client champion, engaging in technical presentations, architectural discussions, proof-of-concept demonstrations, RFP/RFI responses, and technical workshops. Share findings on key challenges, proposed solutions, and ROI insights. Design and demonstrate innovative solutions aligning closely with our client's technology vision.

What We Seek in a Candidate

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 20 years of global experience with a bachelor's, or 15+ years with a master's degree.
• Proven track record in large-scale SAP Finance, Treasury, and BRIM transformations across diverse cloud environments.
• At least 8 full lifecycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA Finance, including greenfield and conversion projects with multi-currency capabilities.
• Deep expertise in designing and delivering SAP S/4HANA solutions across various finance functions including Record-to-Report, Treasury & Risk Management, and more.
• Experience leading and facilitating technical discussions with both Business and IT stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional listening and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues, translating ambiguous business needs into actionable requirements and scalable SAP solutions.

• Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively as part of a team to develop intricate customer solutions.
• Capacity for building strong relationships and effectively sharing technical insights.
• Ability to manage pressure effectively while meeting tight deadlines and juggling multiple projects.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, time management, and prioritization capabilities.

Compensation

We offer a competitive base salary that reflects the current national data for this position. The salary can vary based on your location, skills, and experience.

Salary Ranges:

• $129,639 - $172,852 in various states.
• $136,121 - $181,494 in select states.
• $142,603 - $190,137 in high-value states.
