(Senior) Legal Engineer

About Us

For one of our locations in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt/Main, Hamburg, Köln, Leipzig, Munich or Stuttgart, we are looking for committed (Senior) Legal Engineers to strengthen our Legal Tech team starting immediately.

Your Role

As a (Senior) Legal Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing innovative legal technology solutions. You will work closely with legal experts and IT professionals to translate complex legal requirements into functional and efficient technical systems. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, testing, and maintaining legal tech applications, as well as providing technical support and training to users. You will play a key role in shaping the future of legal services through technology.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Legal Engineer, Software Engineer with a focus on legal tech, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of legal processes and terminology.
• Proficiency in programming languages relevant to legal tech (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
• Experience with database management and API integrations.
• Familiarity with legal tech tools and platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A degree in Law, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience will be considered.
