Job Description
We refer to our sales team members as "Family Advisors" because they play a vital role in assisting prospective residents and their families in understanding their senior living options. Our Family Advisors forge strong relationships with community partners, referral sources, prospective residents, and their families to ensure they receive the best possible guidance in making these significant life decisions.
Responsibilities
The role includes two main areas:
Sales
- Engage closely with prospective residents and their families to identify needs and provide guidance for informed decision-making.
- Develop and nurture new relationships with community partners and referral sources while strengthening existing connections.
- Provide leadership and support to the sales team members.
Marketing
- Plan, coordinate, and execute outstanding marketing events that benefit our local community, residents, and prospective residents.
- Conduct outreach to community partners.
- Create and manage social media and print marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in senior living sales is preferred; however, we welcome candidates with related experience.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in business, business administration, public relations, communications, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated history of success in sales.
- Must possess an engaging personality.
- A genuine passion for serving seniors.
