Senior Logistics Process Engineer

About

We are looking for an experienced Senior Logistics Process Engineer for a pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Sassenheim. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving inbound, material, and product logistics processes, including staging, kitting, and internal transport. You will lead implementations, documentation, and training, while collaborating with senior management and global teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Details:

• Workload: Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Start date: 5th of January 2026
• Duration: 12 months

Responsibilities

• Operational lead for inbound, staging, kitting, and distribution processes
• Ensure compliance with GMP and GDP guidelines
• Continuously improve processes to optimize performance and reduce costs
• Implement lean tools for process optimization
• Prepare and maintain documentation (SOPs, work instructions)
• Lead CAPAs, change controls, and non-conformance investigations
• Coach team members and conduct Gemba walks
• Support audits and inspections as Subject Matter Expert

Requirements

• Relevant HBO degree with at least 7 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes and project implementation
• Experience with GMP and GDP
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong analytical skills and experience with lean tools
• Proactive, stress-resistant, and able to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis, and business applications
