Overview

The firm is investing heavily in AI and modern workplace technologies, and this role sits at the center of that effort—focused on scaling Microsoft Copilot and the M365 ecosystem across our enterprise.

This is a hands-on engineering role (not leadership) where you will deliver real, production-ready solutions that directly improve how our teams work.

What You’ll Do

• Deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft 365 Copilot across the organization
• Build custom AI agents and workflows to enhance productivity
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and deliver high-impact use cases
• Support and optimize Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues
• Enforce security, compliance, and governance (Purview, DLP, retention, etc.)

What You Bring

• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Hands-on experience with Copilot or enterprise AI tools
• Ability to operate in a Copilot-heavy role (~60%+) with M365 support (~40%)
• Experience with Purview and security/compliance frameworks
• Scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Power Automate)
• Strong troubleshooting and cross-functional communication skills

• $146-158k base + bonus (typically 8-15%)
