Responsibilities

Responsible for designing and implementing highly scalable machine learning models and systems for various business problems across ADP's product portfolio. Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical machine learning solutions. Develop and maintain high‑performance, scalable machine learning pipelines using tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit‑learn, and cloud‑native ML platforms. Evaluate model performance and identify areas for improvement through rigorous data analysis, A/B testing, and statistical validation. Oversee the development of innovative machine learning solutions that drive business value and enhance customer experience. Work closely with software engineering teams to integrate machine learning models into production systems and ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. Design and implement MLOps practices including model versioning, automated testing, continuous integration/deployment, and model governance. Architect and build distributed machine learning systems that can handle large‑scale data processing and real‑time inference. Document and communicate technical design decisions, best practices, and model performance to stakeholders across the organization. Mentor junior engineers and data scientists while staying current with the latest advancements in machine learning, AI, and related technologies. Provide technical leadership in machine learning engineering and drive innovation in ML system architecture and deployment strategies.

To Succeed in This Role

• Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field plus five (5) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and two (2) years of related experience.
• Work Experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: Machine learning packages with modern prog
