Senior Manager, Consumer

About the Role

The Senior Manager, Consumer leads full P&L management for the Peru organization, driving profitability by identifying savings, optimizing financial performance, and collaborating across teams to improve results. This role serves as the ambassador for best in class product, pricing, and mix management, as well as sales and trade marketing practices, ensuring full adherence to regional standards and long term strategic planning tools. Additionally, the position strengthens business performance by optimizing the product portfolio, supporting regional pricing strategies, and driving continuous improvement through consumer scorecard metrics and target setting compliance.

What This Role Matters

• Deploy best‑in‑class strategic business frameworks across Latin America, supporting long‑term planning, market segmentation, competitive gap assessment, and the development and execution of 5‑year strategic plans.
• Ensure alignment and adherence to regional standards for sales, trade marketing, and product/pricing/mix processes, guiding country teams on planning, analysis, and multi‑dimensional performance management.
• Manage consumer business performance through regional scorecards, drive product roadmap deployment, and collaborate with supply chain and manufacturing to meet targets in inventory, forecasting, and production priorities.

What You Will Do

• Lead efficiency improvements by implementing automated sales and trade marketing systems, supporting e‑commerce expansion, and enabling customer self‑service tools across multiple channels.
• Partner with regional counterparts to share best practices, support budgeting, forecasting, and organizational effectiveness initiatives, and ensure optimal use of resources for sustainable performance.
• Build long‑term capability by elevating the role's productivity/output, developing succession plans, and overseeing compliance with Environmental, Quality, and Safety Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949).

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of sales and/or marketing leadership experience within a Tier 1 multinational company.
• Strong record in both business turnaround and growth cycles, including solid P&L management in operational environments with significant manufacturing and supply chain exposure.
• Business‑first mindset with demonstrated ability to lead complex financial and strategic planning.
• Multi-country experience, ideally across Latin America with thorough cultural and market understanding.
