Our global team of experts holistically supports clients with technical and strategic expertise in all relevant aspects of cyber security: from designing secure business processes and using innovative technologies to conducting training and awareness campaigns. Your Impact

As a (Senior) Manager Cyber Emerging Technologies (m/f/d), you will design and implement security solutions for IT/IoT and Industrial (OT) environments, contributing to greater security and modern, innovative structures, processes, and products.

• Governance: With your team, you will define security governance structures and models, develop cyber security risk management processes, and support your team and clients in implementation.
• Analysis: In your leadership role, you will be responsible for analyzing the security maturity of your clients based on common standards and identifying optimization potential.
• Implementation: You will support your team and Deloitte subject matter experts in designing technical solutions in all areas (e.g., endpoint, network, authorization management, etc.).
• Innovation: With your expertise, our products and services will be continuously developed in a market-oriented way, and new customer segments will be tapped.
• Leadership: You will foster the development of your team through targeted coaching and a cooperative leadership style.

Your Skillset

• Successful completion of a university degree, several years of relevant professional experience in IT, IoT, or OT security.
• Certification in IT/OT/ICS or IoT security areas (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO/IEC 62443, GICSP, CISSP, CISM, or similar).
• High commitment, enthusiasm for leading interdisciplinary teams, confident communication at all hierarchical levels, and enjoyment in managing complex stakeholder situations.
• IT affinity, enthusiasm for complex projects and issues, strong conceptual skills, and agile working methods.
• Willingness to travel and enjoyment of communication and presentation in German and English (very good written and spoken).
