About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Manager / Delivery Head – Data Engineering to lead and scale a modern, real-time data ecosystem. This role combines deep hands-on architecture, team leadership, and delivery ownership. ⚠️ Apache Pinot production experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the central data lake & OLAP platform
• Lead real-time and batch pipelines (Kafka/MSK, Debezium, Pinot)
• Manage, mentor, and scale a team of Data Engineers
• Coordinate with Infra, Business & Vendors
• Implement observability, alerting, data quality & governance
• Handle high-volume data systems end-to-end

Must-Have Skills

• Apache Pinot (Mandatory – Production experience)
• AWS: S3, Glue, Redshift, ECS/EKS
• Robust SQL expertise
• Real-time data pipelines & streaming systems
• Proven people and delivery management

Mandatory Prerequisites

• BE / BTech / MTech
• 8–20 years total experience
• Comfortable with WFO – Noida/Bangalore
