Responsibilities

• Develops, communicates and oversees a project plan for project teams.
• Determines team member responsibilities and holds individuals accountable.
• Coordinates development, architecture, testing and Offshore teams throughout the project life cycle.
• Identifies, manages and escalates issues and risks as appropriate.
• Works with limited supervision, provides feedback on project status and deadlines.
• Monitors progress of programs/projects through project plans and regular status meetings; to ensure stakeholder, sponsor, and/or client expectations are being met.
• Prepares regular insightful reports and communications to stakeholders; and budgets.
• Prepares project build documentation and ensure system documentation is complete.
• Corresponds with Architecture Team on high-level architecture to create Product Design documents
• Facilitates gateway reviews for business critical projects.
