About the role

About

We're Celonis, the global leader in Process Intelligence technology and one of the world's fastest-growing SaaS firms. We believe there is a massive opportunity to unlock productivity by placing AI, data and intelligence at the core of business processes - and for that, we need your help. Care to join us?

The Team

The Corporate Development & Strategy team at Celonis is responsible for shaping the future of the world’s leader in Process Intelligence. We identify, execute, and integrate strategic acquisitions that accelerate our product roadmap and expand our market leadership. We are a high-impact, lean team that sits at the intersection of strategy, product, and operations, working directly with Celonis’ executive leadership to drive inorganic growth.

The Role

As a Senior Manager, M&A Integration, you will lead the post-merger integration (PMI) process for our most strategic acquisitions. You aren’t just a project manager; you are a Value Architect for our acquisitions. You will partner with functional leads across Product, Engineering, Sales, HR, and Finance to ensure that every deal delivers on its strategic thesis. You will design the integration blueprint, manage the First 100 Days, and leverage the Celonis Process Intelligence platform to track synergy realization and operational health.

The Work You’ll Do

  • Integration Strategy & Planning: Lead the development of comprehensive integration strategies and detailed execution plans for acquired companies, ensuring alignment with the original deal thesis.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the central hub between the target company and Celonis functional leads. You will drive workstreams across GTM alignment, product integration, cultural onboarding, and systems migration.
  • Synergy Realization: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial synergies. Use Celonis technology to monitor integration progress and identify process bottlenecks in real-time.
  • Program Management: Own the Integration Management Office (IMO). Manage timelines, budgets, and executive reporting to the C‑suite and Board of Directors.
  • Cultural Integration: Act as an ambassador for Celonis values (The Best Team Wins, Live for Customer Value). Drive change management initiatives to ensure a seamless transition for new Celonauts.
  • Process Excellence: Continuously improve the Celonis Integration Playbook, codifying best practices to make our M&A engine more scalable and repeatable.

The Qualifications You Need

  • Experience: 7+ years of professional experience, with at least 3‑5 years specifically in M&A Integration, Corporate Development, or Strategy Consulting (Big 4 or Top‑tier firm) with a focus on PMI.
  • Industry Context: Deep understanding of the SaaS/Enterprise Software landscape. Experience integrating high‑growth tech startups is a significant plus.
  • Analytical Rigor: Strong financial acumen and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools is preferred.
  • Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence C‑level stakeholders and lead through ambiguity.
  • Mindset: A We Own It attitude. You are a self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment and can pivot quickly when priorities shift.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Visa sponsorship is not offered for this role.
