Our client in the Networking sector is seeking a Senior Manager: Operations Program Manager on a contract duration of 5 months.

Role Overview The Senior Manager: Operations Program Manager is responsible for leading large-scale operational programs that support enterprise technology platforms and services. The role ensures operational efficiency, service reliability, and alignment between technology operations and business objectives. Duties & Responsibilities

Educational Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline (mandatory). • Postgraduate qualification (MBA, MSc in IT or Management) – advantageous.

Certifications (preferred) • PMP (Project Management Professional) • PRINCE2 • ITIL v4 • SAFe Program Consultant

Relevant Experience • 10–12 years’ experience in IT operations, program management, or technology delivery. • Proven experience managing large-scale operational or infrastructure programs. • Strong background in service management and operational governance.
