About Our Client
Our client is seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Media to drive paid media initiatives for a DTC brand in the US and global markets. This role is highly strategic and analytical, while also remaining close enough to execution to understand campaign builds, optimizations, and performance levers across platforms.
The position will report directly to the VP of DTC, assist in the day to day management of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok. This position will help ensure campaigns are launched accurately, budgets are management effectively, and performance insights are surfaced to improve results.
The role is based in Newark, NJ and requires in-office presence Monday through Thursday (work from home on Fridays).
Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
- Assist with launching and managing campaigns across paid search, paid social, and retail media platforms
- Support campaign setup including targeting, budgets, creative uploads, and tracking implementation
- Ensure campaigns follow internal naming conventions and operational best practices
Performance Monitoring
- Monitor daily campaign performance and flag pacing or performance issues
- Support optimization tasks such as bid adjustments, audience updates, and creative rotation
- Track KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly and monthly paid media performance reports
- Maintain dashboards that track channel performance and budget pacing
- Assist in identifying trends, insights, and optimization opportunities
Creative Coordination
- Work with internal creative teams to ensure timely delivery of ad assets
- Upload and manage creative variations across advertising platforms
- Track creative performance and assist with testing initiatives
Platform & Vendor Support
- Coordinate with external agencies or platform partners when needed
- Help maintain product feeds and campaign structures for retail media and performance campaigns
- Assist with troubleshooting platform issues or tracking discrepancies
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on paid media experience (agency or brand side)
- Strong working knowledge of Meta, Google, and TikTok ad platforms
- Experience building campaigns, managing spend, and optimizing performance
- Deep understanding of paid search & paid social fundamentals
- Ability to think strategically while remaining detail-oriented and data-driven
- Experience working with agency partners and managing external execution
- Comfortable operating without direct reports (individual contributor role)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
